Founded in 2019 and drawing on nearly three decades of classroom, school-based leadership, and system-level leadership experience in Canadian and international education, Many Paths provides strategic planning and leadership guidance to both new and established schools around the world.
Our Services
We offer one- and two-day leadership development workshops for high school students, challenging and inspiring young leaders to understand themselves and the world they live in differently and more fully than they have ever done before.
We work with partner institutions on school and system-level policy development, guide learning communities to foster intercultural communicative competence, and facilitate additional program development to enrich existing curricula.
Dr. Lee Smith has been a classroom teacher, a Curriculum Coordinator, a vice-principal, a principal, a superintendent, an Offshore School Representative to the British Columbia [Canada] Ministry of Education and Child Care, and a university lecturer.

Having worked with students ranging from kindergarten to graduate school, with a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Alberta, and with service on the executive body of the Canadian Association of Studies in Educational Administration, Lee is a dynamic and award-winning educator widely respected in the global education community.
